David “DE” Eng entered peacefully into rest on October 4, 2017, in Palo Alto California. He was 47 years old.

Born in Cambodia to Savath Kiet Eng and Muy Chi Chao on April 20, 1970. David attended Frick Jr. High and Fremont High School. He worked for 20 years as a Pavement Researcher at UC Berkeley. David collected Comic Books and loved Basketball. He was an MD at WFG (Marketing Director) and his pride and joy was raising his children and setting them all on the right path.

He leaves to mourn the loss his wife of 17 years, Phon Eng; children, Devenn Eng and Kiven Eng; siblings, Salina, Katha, Rada and Patricia Eng. David was predeceased by his father, Savath Kiet Eng.

Visitation will be on Sunday, October 8, 2017 beginning at 10:00am with a funeral service beginning at 11:00am at Grissom’s Chapel and Mortuary 267 E. Lewelling Blvd. San Lorenzo, CA 94580.
