Darrel D. Roberson, a longtime Hayward resident, passed away on April 11, 2018. He was 54 years old.

Darrel was born in Park Royal, London, England, on December 24, 1963, to David and Wendy McClean (Steward).  His favorite hobbies included spending time with his family, camping, boating, fishing, and duck hunting.

He was a faithful advocate of Ducks Unlimited, an organization dedicated to the conservation of wetlands and associated upland habitats for waterfowl and other wildlife.

Darrel worked as a Shop Worker and Tow Truck Driver in the Trucking Industry, and was certified in the California Tow Truck Association (CTTA).

He is survived by his loving wife of 24 years Katherine Roberson; children, Rachel, Melissa and Sarah Roberson; and granddaughter Kasey Roberson.
