Born to Harry and Catherine Ogburn in Oakland, he passed peacefully with his family by his side from heart failure. He went to St. Felicitas School and St. Joseph High, Alameda, graduating in 1969. He was preceded in death by his parents Harry and Katie and brother Tom. He is survived by sisters Therese Lancaster (Bud), Trudie Burnside (John), Mary Ogburn, brother Chris Ogburn (Bernie) and many nieces and nephews. He worked for 23 years at Woolworth and 17 years at Thrift Town. He was a loyal A’s and Raiders fan. He will be missed by his loving family and many friends. Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at St. Felicitas Catholic 1662Manor Blvd, San Leandro on Monday, May 8, at 10:30. Inurnment at Holy Sepulcher, Hayward.
