Cynthia Marie Phillips entered peacefully into rest on January 31, 2023. She was 62 years old.

Born August 14, 1960 in California to parents Janice and Myron Phillips, Cynthia worked as a social worker. She is survived by many loving family members and friends and will be deeply missed.
