Cynthia Louise Reed entered peacefully into rest on February 19, 2018. She was 70 years old. 

Church service will be on Thursday, March 8, 2018 at Genesis Worship Center 2708 Ritchie Street Oakland, CA  beginning at 11:00am. Burial will folow to Rolling Hills Cemetery 4100 Hilltop Dr. Richmond, CA.
