Colin Peter Tilby, of Pleasanton, California entered peacefully into rest on April 17, 2024. He was 70 years old.

Born September 17, 1953 in the United Kingdom to parents Eileen and Peter Tilby, Colin worked as a concrete mason for 30 years. He is survived by many loving family members and friends and will be deeply missed.
