Charles Harry Kohler IV passed away peacefully at this Hayward home on November 8, 2016.  He was 41 years old.

Born on July 14, 1975, in Montana to Charles III and Deborah Kohler, Chuck was loved by all who knew him.  His gentle ways and sweet presence will be deeply missed.

He is survived by his mother, Deborah, 2 siblings and many cherished extended family and friends.

A celebration of Charles’  life will be held at 1 pm on Friday, November 18, 2016 at Grissom’s Chapel & Mortuary, 267 E. Lewelling Blvd., San Lorenzo.
