Cesar Lopez Mendoza entered peacefully into rest in Castro Valley, California on September 3, 2021. He was 44 years old.

Born June 10, 1977 in Mexico to parents Ana Mendoza and J. Guadalupe Lopez Diaz, Cesar worked as a landscaper. He is survived by many loving family members and friends and will be deeply missed.
