Celia "Chula" Beltran entered into rest on June 25, 2022.

Celia was born in Ciudad Juárez, Mexico, on March 29, 1934, to parents Feliz Arreola and Antonia Medrano. After marrying Armando G. Beltran, her husband of 51 years, Celia went on to dedicate her life to her family and home. She is survived by her two children, Armando Beltran Jr., and Gerardo G. Beltran.

Service Information

Funeral services will be held on Friday, July 8, at 10:30 at St. Felicitas Church (1662 Manor Blvd., San Leandro, CA 94579), with the interment at Holy Sepulchre Cemetrey in Hayward, California (26320 Mission Blvd, Hayward, CA 94544).
