Caroline M. Pratt entered peacefully into rest at home in San Ramon, California on October 19, 2021. She was 99 years old.

Born August 18, 1922 in California to parents Caroline and William Martin, Caroline worked as an emergency service planner for over 20 years. She is survived by many loving family members and friends and will be deeply missed.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Grissom's Cremation & Burial Centers.
