Carmen Juliette Ethier entered peacefully into rest in Castro Valley, California on May 1, 2024. She was 86 years old.

Born May 30, 1937 in Canada to parents Laura and Leandre Francoeur, Carmen worked as an executive assistant for 25 years. She is survived by many loving family members and friends and will be deeply missed.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Grissom’s Chapel & Mortuary.
