Carmelita Kaye Canevari entered peacefully into rest at home in San Leandro, California on April 13, 2021. She was 87 years old.

Born December 5, 1933 in Texas to parents Olatha and Claude Phillips, Carmelita worked as a homemaker. She is survived by many loving family members and friends and will be deeply missed.
