Bobby Earl Bishop entered peacefully into rest in Richmond, California on May 3, 2023. He was 70 years old.

Born April 15, 1953 in Texas to parents Betty and Norris Spagner, Bobby worked as a cable and broadcast programming technician for 10 years. He is survived by many loving family members and friends and will be deeply missed.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Grissom’s Cremation & Burial Centers.
