Bobbie Phillips entered peacefully into rest in Hayward, California on November 16, 2019. She was 76 years old. 

Born January 15, 1943 in Louisiana, Bobbie is survived by her son John Brown. She was preceded in death by her daughter.

Bobbie will be laid to rest at Rolling Hills Cemetery in Richmond, California.
