Blake Chandler Mohs entered peacefully into rest in Castro Valley, California on April 18, 2023. He was 26 years old.

Born January 14, 1997 in California to parents Lorie and Eric Mohs, Blake worked in asset protection. He is survived by many loving family members and friends and will be deeply missed.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Grissom’s Chapel & Mortuary.
