Billy Ray Carter, of San Pablo, California, entered peacefully into rest on June 17, 2024. He was 77 years old.

Born February 3, 1947 in Louisiana to parents Lee Audrey and Alton Carter, Billy worked as a postman for the US Postal Service for 22 years. He will be greatly missed.
