Billie McPherson Dungan entered peacefully into rest in Hayward, California on October 26, 2023. She was 94 years old.

Born April 27, 1929 in Texas to parents Lucille and Roy McPherson, Billie worked as a social worker. She is survived by many loving family members and friends and will be deeply missed.
