Billie Jean Espinoza entered peacefully into rest in Castro Valley, California on July 29, 2023. She was 42 years old.

Born June 18, 1981 in California to parents William Espinoza and Carole Sanchez-Williams, Billie was an entrepreneur in the cosmetic industry. She is survived by many loving family members and friends and will be deeply missed.
