Barbara Helen Owen Skelton entered peacefully into rest in San Ramon, California on January 26, 2022. She was 78 years old.

Born February 10, 1943 in New York to parents Elizabeth and Harold Letcher, Barbara worked as an elementary school teacher for 35 years. She is survived by many loving family members and friends and will be deeply missed.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Grissom's Cremation & Burial Centers.
