Avelina C. Biegel entered peacefully into rest in Castro Valley, California on September 3, 2021. She was 80 years old.

Born December 24, 1940 in The Philippines to parents Fey and Saturnino Cecilio, Avelina worked as a homemaker. She is survived by many loving family members and friends and will be deeply missed.
