Arthur Sims entered peacefully into rest at his home in Castro Valley, California on July 31, 2021. He was 72 years old.

Born July 4, 1949 in Louisiana to parents Bertha and Arthur Sims, Arthur worked as a court executive officer for over 30 years. He is survived by his wife, Kyra Sims, and their two children, and will be deeply missed.
