Arthur Lee Palmer entered peacefully into rest in San Ramon, California on April 6, 2024. He was 86 years old.

Born February 5, 1938 in Colorado to parents Inez and Byron Palmer, Arthur worked as a computer engineer for 30 years. He is survived by many loving family members and friends and will be deeply missed.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Grissom’s Cremation & Burial Centers.
