Arsenia F. Demanuel entered peacefully into rest at home in Hayward, California on July 25, 2023. She was 97 years old.

Born September 24, 1925 in the Philippines to parents Natividad and Igmedio Francisco, Arsenia worked as a homemaker. She is survived by many loving family members and friends and will be deeply missed.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Grissom’s Chapel & Mortuary.
