Arbelia Duncan entered into rest on June 23, 2022, at the age of 77.

Arbelia was born in Ohio on January 11, 1945, to parents Paul Stiggers and Obelia Faison. After recieving her bachelors degree, she went on to dedicate 40 years to working as a registered nurse.

Her care has been entrusted to Grissom's Mortuary.
