Angela “ LaLa, Smurfite, Mommy, Angie” Maria Torres of San Leandro entered into rest on December 10, 2017. She was 47. Born in San Francisco on October 27, 1970 to Margarite and Juan Torres, Angela attended Downtown High and Bryman College. She worked at Optometry Center for 6 years as a receptionist. She gave her life to God and loved to run, entering a 10k on the beach of the Gulf of New Mexico. Angela is survived by her children, Miguel Angel, Luis Enrique and Antionette Margarita Torres; grandchildren, Daniel Florencio Maldonado and Camilla Consuelo Torres. She was pre-deceased by her husband of 20 years, Jairo Garcia. Friends are invited to attend a visitation on Thursday, December 14, 2017 from 11:00A.M. to 1:00P.M. with a 1:00P.M.
