Altha Mae Mullen was born on September 11, 1928 to Anthony and Marie Cardoza (O'Neil). She passed away on December 18, 2018 at the age of 90. 

Services for Altha will take place on Thursday, December 28, 2018 with a visitation from 11:00 to 1:00, followed by a service at 1:00. She will be laid to rest at Mt. Eden Cemetery in Hayward at 2:30.
