On August 23, 2020, Allen Wayne Prater, entered into paradise.  He was born in Missouri on June 27, 1944 to Raymond and Alberta Prater.

Allen enlisted in the Navy, while serving he was stationed on the USS Daniel Boone (SSBN-629), a James Madison-class ballistic missile submarine, was the only ship of the United States Navy to be named for Daniel Boone (1734–1820), the pioneer and frontiersman. Allen will recieve honors with Tapps and presentation of the flag. He wil be laid to rest at Ft. Logan Cemetery 4400 W Kenyon Ave. Denver, CO. 80236

Allen is survived by his daughter Karla and granddaughter Bailey .  Many relatives and friends also survive him. 

Visitation will be on Thursday, September 10, 2020 beginning at 10:00 A.M. Chapel service will begin at 11:00 A.M.
