Allen Irvin Biley entered peacefully into rest in Castro Valley, California on March 4, 2023. He was 64 years old.

Born January 19, 1959 in Tennessee to parents Josephine Biley and Roland Irvin, Allen worked as a security guard. He is survived by many loving family members and friends and will be deeply missed.
