The third of nine children, deloris Ham was the daughter of the late Roosevelt Garner Sr. and Katie Baugh Garner. Vorn September 1, 1032 in Ruston, Louisiana. Deloris was loved by her parenys and other siblings.
Deloris accepted Christ at a very young age and was bapyised at Pilgrim Rest Baptist Church, where she sung in the choir.
She received her elementary and High School education in Ruston, LA at Lincoln Elementary and Lincoln High School.
After graduating from Lincoln High School Deloris attended Gambling College for 3 years. Deloris met her future husband Clarence Lee Ham in 1946. A few years later Deloris and Clarence married on June 29, 1951 in Ruston, LA.
Deloris and Clarence left Ruston due to his military activity and relocated to California.
From there on four children were born; Clarence Emil, Katie Denise, Angela Alberta Chavis, Lori Lynette Kotulan. Deloris retired from the Retail Clerks Union in San Francisco, California and one of her passions was dress sewing and designing for many friends and family.
A funeral service is scheduled for Deloris on Thursday, November 10, 2016 at 1:00 P.M. at Grissom’s Chapel and Mortuary 267 E. Lewelling Blvd. San Lorenzo, CA. 94580
